Ticketing & Purchases

All ticket purchases are processed through third-party platforms such as Ticket Tailor. Refunds, transfers, and cancellations are subject to their terms.

Event Modifications

We reserve the right to modify schedules, speakers, or programming, or to cancel or reschedule the event if required.

Media & Recording

The event may be recorded. Attendance constitutes consent to appear in recordings or images used for educational or promotional purposes.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for personal injury, loss, or damages arising from participation or reliance on event content.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the laws of Canada.
